The Golden Community Center is located next to Lions Park in downtown Golden. Childcare is available many weekday mornings-- call the center to confirm. Free parking is available in the Community Center lot.

*For all classes at this location, please bring clean-soled sneakers to change into once you’re inside. No street shoes are permitted in the studio.

I’m Leah Springman the owner of & instructor at Lefty Loosey Dance Fitness. If you had told me 10 years ago that I would be a fitness instructor, I would have had a good laugh and immediately dismissed the idea. But in 2015, I started taking Zumba® classes at the local rec center, and I was hooked!

Prior to taking Zumba® classes, I struggled to be consistent with a fitness routine. However, the community I found by attending the classes and the FUN I had at class made taking better care of myself easy. And when the pandemic hit in 2020, taking virtual Zumba® classes helped me stay connected and stay positive.
Now, as an instructor, my goal is to create that same sense of community and enjoyment in every class.
